== About == 
The Democratic People's Republic of America (DPRA) was a player-founded nation on the [[LibreMC]] server, established on July 13th, 2025 by [[Tragiclangton]]. Initially aligned with communist ideals, the nation quickly expanded to include several towns. Leadership was transferred to [[ThatOneChrist]] on August 19th, 2025, under whom the nation grew in influence. On August 29th, 2025, the DPRA was renamed [[NeoTerra]] to reflect a shift away from its original communist ties.
