== About ==
Cuerny the Donkey is a donkey named after [[Cuerny]], the emperor of the [[Roman Empire]]. Originally introduced as an insult by [[Moltenw]], the then-sultan of the [[Ottoman Empire]], the donkey quickly became a beloved figure within Rome.  

Though born out of mockery, Cuerny the Donkey was embraced by the Roman people as a symbol of humor and resilience. He remains permanently housed in Rome and is considered one of the city’s most iconic figures.
