The Democratic People's Republic of America (DPRA) was a player-founded nation on the LibreMC server, established on July 13th, 2025 by Tragiclangton. Initially aligned with communist ideals, the nation quickly expanded to include several towns. Leadership was transferred to ThatOneChrist on August 19th, 2025, under whom the nation grew in influence. On August 29th, 2025, the DPRA was renamed NeoTerra to reflect a shift away from its original communist ties.
