The Democratic People's Republic of America (DPRA) is a nation originally founded by Tragiclangton on July 13th, 2025. Following its establishment, leadership of the nation was later transferred to ThatOneChrist on August 19th 2025, who continues to guide its development and growth. The Nation was then renamed to NeoTerra on August 8th 2025 to remove its ties with the communist party that it was originally founded under.
