The Democratic People's Republic of America (DPRA) is a nation originally founded by Tragiclangton. Following its establishment, leadership of the nation was later transferred to ThatOneChrist, who continues to guide its development and growth. The Nation was later renamed to NeoTerra to remove its ties with the communist party that it was originally founded under.
