Helsinki is a town located in the south of Finland, founded by ChiakiTTV. The town is geographically located near Tallinn, Estonia, with a bridge separating the two towns. The town is part of the Pan Slavic Republics.
ChiakiTTV is currently the only member of Helsinki.
